Bible 101

Have you been wanting to take a Bible study but have not been sure where to start? You don’t need to search any longer because a new study, Bible 101, will be starting again soon.  This class will begin “in the beginning” by talking about the history of the Bible, the versions of the Bible, how to study the Bible, and an overview of the entire Bible. The class will last for 4 weeks and will help to prepare you to continue in other classes that will offered throughout the year.  The class is held on the 3rd floor of the Children’s wing in the 5th grade room.  Sign up at: pamhuff@mychristchurch .com

Disciple I –

Disciple I –  
Class Description: 

This is a 36 week course traversing about 87% of the bible. The orientation will clarify the specifics of how the course is run, what the obligations of the students are, what materials will be used and answer any and all questions. The class focuses on participation and involvement from each student and classroom time will include time for prayer and relationship development. If you want to grow in your biblical understanding and make a new set of great friends, sign up for Disciple 1 and come to the orientation.  The class will be held in the Loft on Sunday afternoons at 2:45-5:15pm. starting Sept, 10.

 It is a commitment well worth the investment of time and effort.

Disciple II

Disciple II is a year long indepth bible study.  It covers Genesis, Exodus, Luke and Acts.

A new class begins  Thursday,Sept. 7 from 6:30pm-9:00pm in The Lounge.

How to Realign Your Finances

Come learn how to realign your finances God’s way.   I encourage you to take Bible 101 first so if you have please sign up for one of the next basic classes to help you grow in your faith.   This class will be taught by Alan Prass.  It is a four week class and will be held starting Oct. 3, 2017.  It will start at 6:30 pm to 8:00pm in the Loft.

How to Serve is another class being offered this Fall.  This class will talk about why we should serve, how to know what’s right for me and where can I serve.  This class will be taught by Brenne Issa.  It will be a four week class starting Oct. 3.   It will be held in the Lounge and runs from 6:30-8:00pm.  Childcare available.
