Day Of Prayer & Fasting

We are excited to be hosting a Day of Prayer and Fasting on July 7th! We believe that when we come together to seek His wisdom through prayer and fasting, God hears those prayers and we bring Him glory! We would like to invite you to pray for Christ Church in three specific ways:

  1. Wisdom: We are seeking God for his wisdom in all things regarding reopening. God has given us the ability to strategize and do our best to plan, but without God’s wisdom our plans are useless. We seek God for his Wisdom.
  2. Protection: We are asking God to protect our Christ Church family from COVID-19.
  3. Effectiveness in our Mission: Our mission is to connect people to Jesus Christ. We seek God during this time, and in the future, that we may be effective in our mission. We pray many people will come to know Christ and be discipled now, and in the years to come.

Here are the details!

  • We will be fasting on Tuesday, July 7th from sunrise to sunset.
  • Join us on-line as we begin (6:00am) and end the day (8:30pm) in prayer together.
  • When you would normally eat or perform the activity that you are fasting from, spend that time instead praying for Christ Church.
