Christ Church Friends,
We are praying for a good September 2023 Fill the Pantry Food Drive. Upon visiting the Pantry recently, I observed the lowest level of items on hand in a long time. I was informed that the numbers of people in need have increased, and the pantry is in need of all non-perishable food items along with paper products and personal care items. See donation suggestions below. Monetary donations are used to purchase milk, eggs, butter, cheese, frozen meat, bread, etc. If you prefer to donate monetarily please address envelopes to the attention of “Kevin Nowak Food Pantry” and leave at the Welcome Center. Checks should be payable to “Fairview Heights Food Pantry.”
Donations will be collected at each Service on Wednesday and Sunday in September or your donations can be dropped off during church office business hours. If you’d like, you can host a Mini Drive at your business, in your small group or other organization. Our prayers are for a bountiful drive and that we will bless the lives of others in need.

All it takes is what you can give…..
one can, one box, one case, it all matters to those in need.
The Fairview Heights Food Pantry is supported solely by various area Churches including Christ Church which is the founding member of the Pantry and Christ Church remains represented on the Board of the Pantry since its inception.

DONATION SUGGESTIONS:
Canned meats, chicken, fish, beans, peanut butter, dry or evaporated milk, infant formula, puddings, jello, canned fruits and vegetables, jellies, soups, sauces, pasta, juices, boxed or packaged noodles, rice, cereals, crackers, flour, helpers, cake or pancake mixes, cooking oils, dressings, syrups, sugar, mayo, mustard, ketchup, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, hand & body soaps, shampoo, laundry & dish soaps, male and female hygiene products.
